 To The Editor:

This is addressed to all Valley women.
 
What are you thinking? A Valley resident has started a business that many people have said they wanted. A place to exercise all year round in an air-conditioned space close to everything. No excuses. If this business is not supported and appreciated, it will no longer be here. 

We can keep doing this and be skinny, fit, old ladies with a lot more hours of a circle of machines and exercise posts and music to keep you going. It is not painful and really does make life easier when all the parts are moving regularly.
 
This is what the doctor orders. Let's use it.
