Imagine a cookbook filled with recipes featuring ingredients you can get right here in Vermont! You could eat year-round, mostly local, farm fresh food without wondering what to do with a fiddlehead or how to cook a squash. Rural Vermont is in the process of creating a Local Foods Cookbook with recipes from Vermonters, and we need your help!
We are now collecting local recipes to be published in our cookbook. Please send us your favorite, original recipes by Wednesday, July 11. We'd like to see most of the ingredients available here in Vermont, but it's not necessary that everything be sourced locally.
