To The Editor:
 
I am writing to recommend the Country Flair Restaurant to Valley residents and guests.

Having been in a party of six at the restaurant a few weeks ago to celebrate my wife's birthday, it was obvious that this delightful restaurant is not getting the business it deserves.

The meal was excellent, service friendly and professional, and the price reasonable. The only thing missing was the diners.   
 
I must make it clear that I do not know the owners nor are they aware that I am writing this letter. Perhaps the problem is that the restaurant is on the Sugarbush Access Road and not on Route 100. If so this is a shame and I would hate to see the Country Flair go down the tube because of this. Give them a shot. I know you will be pleased.
