Last week, the Vermont Legislature met in special session to see if it could muster the votes to override the governor’s veto of this session’s energy bill. What do you think our elected officials should do next?

Noah Brautigam, Stowe “They should fight either to create a new bill or for stronger local support to help override the veto.”	Zasri Sadri, Warren “They need to try again to override the bill because the governor needs to think about what is important to Vermonters in the long run.”	Becky Werner, Granville “They need to mutually consider the effects of Vermont’s energy pollutants on the future of the environment and rethink the veto.”
