In regards to building a new school(s) to save money in the Harwood Unified Union School District, or statewide for that matter, I can only think about comparing it to owners of a watermelon business that were buying their melons for a dollar each and selling them for a dollar each and realized they were not making any money. They decided to solve their financial problem by buying a bigger truck.
