To the Editor,
I’ve read both articles and agree with Pete Mooney’s initial response. In my opinion, Lehman is part of the problem as it relates to actually changing the direction of our state’s tax/spend problems. A taker mentality seems to always want more from somebody else’s pie to use his words. I’m sure the issues faced in Montpelier related to revenue and expenses are daunting, but I haven’t seen much from our local delegates that does anything but increase spending. Fix the spending issue. It’s what responsible people do every day.
