During Columbus Day weekend David and Robin Cohen, co-owners of local business Baked Beads, held their annual tent sale in Waitsfield, Vermont.
The 22nd annual Mad Dash was held at Meadow Road in Waitsfield, Vermont. The Dash, which included professionally timed 5k and 10k foot races, a 5K fitness walk plus a kids fun run, benefited the Mad River Path Association, a non-profit organization that builds, maintains and repairs a network of trails from Warren to Moretown Vermont.
This past weekend the Vermont Mountain Bike Association (VMBA) and the Mad River Riders teamed up with Sugarbush and the Mad River Valley to host the Vermont Mountain Bike Festival. Based out of Mt. Ellen, this is the second year in a row the event was held in this location.
Billed as the world's most beautiful marathon, the 7th annual Mad Marathon took place this past Sunday in Vermont's Mad River Valley.
