I want to commend all the people who have gone that extra step to help
their neighbors in the cleanup and restoration work. I especially want
to recognize the employees at the Moretown Landfill who put in many
extra hours during the aftermath of the flooding and who dealt with the
record amount of building debris and garbage that came in from all over
the state. These folks include Merle Howe, Harold Corbiel, Chris Pratt,
Jim Kelley, Tom French, Bill Kernan and Tom Badowski. Thanks for your
efforts.
