To The Editor:

I just attended opening night of Ransom at the Lost Nation Theater and thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend it. Inspired by letters home to Vermont written on the battlefield from Civil War soldier Ransom Towle of Rochester, it is a glimpse into the lives not only of the soldiers but of those left at home. The original songs and how the men, women and children moved about the stage all added to my enjoyment of a very touching Vermont play. Do see it!
