The Valley is getting some new places to eat this fall and we’re all pretty excited about it.

We’ve got Toast and Eggs, a new diner co-locating at Gracie’s Kitchen in Waitsfield – opening today, October 4, and serving up breakfast from early til mid-afternoon.

And then there’s the much-anticipated Sage, set to open later this fall in the former Egan’s Big World building. Promising a Mediterranean-based menu, the restaurant is the second jewel in the crown of the owners of the Hyde Away in Fayston.

Worthy Burger is opening a new restaurant in the Mad River Green Shops sometime this fall featuring their particular style of burgers and other local fare. We’re looking forward to eating there.

Finally, we’ve got a new beer and pizza pub on the Sugarbush Access Road in Warren where Avalanche Pub opened in the home of the former Terra Rossa. Local Rotarians checked it out and had great things to say about it.

In terms of other things we’re anticipating this fall, we’ll just drop a couple of final words here:

Lawson’s Finest Liquids is coming soon.
