This simple, photogenic appetizer was a hit at Thanksgiving last year. It is made with late harvest radishes from Bear Roots Farm Market and salt and pepper! Slice the radishes, chop some off the center, arrange on a plate and salt and pepper liberally. The sharp bite of the radishes, with the salt and pepper is a great contrast to some of the richer Thanksgiving appetizers.
