To The Editor:

Many residents of The Valley regularly make use of Route 100B for biking, walking, running and rollerblading. We are very fortunate to have a section of road that allows for motorists and nonmotorists to coincide safely. Many other areas aren’t so lucky. As we know there have been four biker fatalities this year involving a motor vehicle. We all need to raise our voice and let it be known that we value safe roads for everyone. You have a chance to do this on Friday, September 25, at 5:30 p.m. at the State House (www.localmotion.org/307-events/2586-be-there-vermont-rally-for-safe-roads).
