Dear  neighbors,

This is a challenging time for so many of us. Fuel prices have soared, our local Health Center has closed and transportation is needed for medical appointments, food prices continue to rise, and medical insurance premiums have skyrocketed.

If you or someone you know in The Valley is in need of emergency help for items such as rent, utilities or auto repairs, the Mad River Valley Interfaith Council may be able to help. The process is simple and confidential. Call Rev. Mark Wilson, 802-496-3065 to let us know how we can help.

As a supplement to your food shopping, feel free to stop in once a week at our Mad River Valley  Community Pantry, at the rear of Evergreen Apartments (5308 Main Street) in Waitsfield. You will be greeted by friendly volunteers as you shop for produce, proteins and dairy products as well as canned and boxed items. All we ask you is “how many people are you shopping for?”

Please let us help.
