Thank you to everyone who made the Mad Arts Garden Party & Garden Tour a success. What a wonderful weekend. From Friday evening's garden party with spectacular Mad River Valley views to Saturday's self-guided tour, this year's event was a true celebration of art, architecture, and the natural beauty of our Valley. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made it possible:
To everyone who came — thank you for joining us, rain or shine. Your enthusiasm, curiosity, and support for the arts in our community are what make this event special year after year.
To our generous homeowners — thank you for opening your houses and gardens to visitors, sharing your architectural vision, your landscapes, and your hospitality. Welcoming strangers into such personal spaces is no small gift, and it's the heart of this tour.
To our talented artists — thank you for bringing your craft to life in the gardens, whether painting en plein air, weaving baskets, displaying your photography or taking photographs, hooking rugs, or sharing and selling your work. You gave visitors a chance to see creativity unfold in real time, surrounded by the beauty that inspired it.
To photographer Phil Bobrow for his donation of his time and photographs of the tour.
To Lareau Farm — thank you for welcoming visitors and sharing your initiatives with our community.
This event simply couldn't happen without the generosity, talent, and community spirit of everyone involved. We're already looking forward to next year!
With gratitude,
Jean Sharry for Mad River Valley Arts
