Why this retiree is voting for Ryan McLaren for lieutenant governor:
Yes, lieutenant governor is an important job and worth your time to consider. I've met with candidates, listened to and watched forums. Hey, we all want more housing and lower costs so families and seniors (like me) can thrive in Vermont. Ryan has served in AmeriCorps, worked on local school boards and coached youth and high school sports. He's worked for a Vermont governor, in state government and alongside Sen. Peter Welch as a senior aide. Wow! These diverse experiences are just what we need in our lieutenant governor to help our neighbors get ahead. These are tough times, and Ryan knows about overcoming hardship and hard work to make positive change.
