The Waterbury Main Street construction crew will be excavating for conduit installation in front of Pro Pig and around the corner down Elm Street tomorrow (Tuesday, July 28, and Wednesday, July 29). Elm Street will be closed to through traffic while this work takes place. Flaggers will assist traffic and pedestrians around this area. A sign will indicate that businesses are open. Residents and businesses should use Randall Street for access during this time. This work is contingent upon weather and other factors.
