Vermont Spotlight has been nominated for four New England Emmy Awards for their work on the half-hour show "Resort Spotlight." The video production company consists of Kelley and Doug Lewis of Fayston and their partner Marion Abrams of Pittsfield.

The trio is nominated for their program "Resort Spotlight." Kelley Lewis is up for Best Host and Abrams is nominated in the Best Editor and Best Photographer categories.

The three are also hoping to win Best Magazine-Style Show. The 33rd annual New England Emmys will be awarded on May 22 at Gillette Stadium outside of Boston.

The three started Vermont Spotlight Productions a year ago and have produced 18 videos including two half-hour shows, which air nationally on Outside TV.

The videos highlight Vermont businesses and stories.

"We love Vermont and its unique people, places and products. We want to share our passion for Vermont and show everyone why this state is so special," Kelley Lewis said.
"There is a lot of video out there on the web and TV, but we wanted to really differentiate ourselves by creating a style based on beautiful photography, showing a unique side of the story and focusing on quality," Doug Lewis added.
