Committal services will be held from the Waitsfield Common Cemetery on August 5, 2012, at 1 p.m. for Richard M. Bisbee who passed away at his Waitsfield home on May 18, 2012. Assisting the family is the Perkins-Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Waterbury.
