A memorial service, followed by a reception, will be held from the Waterbury American Legion on Friday, June 14, 2013, at 11 a.m. for Robin W. Woodard, who passed away on January 20, 2013. Assisting the family is the Perkins-Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Waterbury.
