The Eastern States Cup Sugarbush Showdown series on Sunday, July 15, featured both enduro and downhill mountain bike races. The enduro race saw 184 competitors with the downhill race including 131 racers. Sugarbush-sponsored riders Isaac Allaire and Steve Estabrook podiumed in both events. Allaire placed first in both the enduro and downhill while Estabrook finished second in the enduro and third in the downhill.
