Bacon and egg mini pita pockets

  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 12 mini pitas

In a large bowl, mash hard-cooked eggs. Stir in crumbled bacon, sliced green onion, light mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and pepper. Cut slit on top of each pita. Fill each pita pocket with egg mixture.
