To The Editor:
Indivisible Mad River Valley thanks The Valley Reporter for the June 26, 2025 editorial “Now More Than Ever.” We appreciate Lisa Loomis’ words to “celebrate the values enshrined in our Constitution and Bill of Rights.” Small town newspapers play a vitally important role in keeping us informed and educated, and reminding us of the value of being civil to, and supportive of our neighbors.
Importantly also is that we are able to disagree respectfully with each other through Letters to the Editor. Indivisible Mad River Valley strives to live those words through our focus on strengthening democracy and contributing positively to our communities. Look for us making a “respectful ruckus” at the Warren Independence Day Parade.
