Our community and businesses came together to make our Pioneer Sled Hockey and community get-together a giant success. We had donations of 37 creative wreaths, more than 25 appetizers and goodies and one big venue to round out the fundraiser. With these people and businesses, we were able to raise funds for the Pioneer Sled hockey team to continue their team sport.
The appetizers from Irasville Country Store, 5th Quarter (Taste Place), Three Mountain Café, Pioneer Sled Hockey, and the community appetizer donors: Cheryl Kingsbury, Laurie Lavigne, Mary Drozdowski, Vicky Kingsbury, sled hockey family, Cathi Dages, Ellen Barillaro, Judy Reed, Cynthia Hoare, Nancy Emory were enjoyed by all.
Wreaths were donated Waitsfield Historic Society, Shades of Winter (Yarn Shop), Mad River Flower Shop, Block House Potters, Inklings, Warren town office staff, A Tidy Place, Three Mountain Café, Mad River Antler, Mountain Gardeners, Bridge and Main. Another 26 generous community members also donated amazing wreaths. And huge thanks to John Morse, Cousin’s Brewery.
Thank you to all the people who supported the fundraiser and get-together by coming to bid, chat and make this a happy and successful event.
