Keith Mervin Griffith
October 14, 1961 – June 7, 2025
Keith M. Griffith, 63, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin. Born on October 14, 1961, in Montpelier, he was the son of Corliss “Corky” and Sheila (Cutler) Griffith.
Keith grew up in Moretown and was a 1979 graduate of Harwood Union High School in Duxbury. After high school, he lived in Montpelier and later moved with his family to Barre. He worked in social services, providing care and advocacy for children separated from their families.
He is survived by his son, Bogdan Griffith of Lafayette, LA, his parents, Corliss “Corky” and Sheila Griffith of Moretown, as well as aunts, uncles, and extended family.
A private family service will take place at a later date in Mountain View Cemetery in Moretown
Keith lived his whole life as a hemophiliac and needed transfusions regularly, as simple cuts or bruises could prove fatal without them. Due to this, we are asking, in lieu of flowers, any donations be made to the New England Hemophilia Association, where a GoFundMe link can be found.
