Jennie passed away unexpectedly on September 13, 2025.
Jennie was born in Nashville, TN, and was a mother of two, Christina Murphy and her son, Brendan Gibbs. She is survived by her children, her sister Suzie, and her friends Douglas Ricketts and stepson.
In July 2017, she moved to the Mad River Valley to be closer to her sister, Suzie. While here, she worked in several local establishments entertaining everyone she met with her southern charm, spunk, and fireball personality. She was a hard worker and loved working. She made many friends and was funny, kind, and caring. Jennie was an animal lover and had many four-legged friends. She leaves behind her beloved cat "Grits".
Services will be held at a later date.
