Quint A. Corbeil, 41, of Waterbury Center, passed away unexpectedly at the Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin on Sunday, January 21, 2007. Born in Montpelier on September 2, 1965, he was the son of Leo Corbeil and the former Sheryl Rexford. On September 15, 1990, Quint married the former Maureen Davison in Waterbury.

Quint attended school at Harwood Union High School in Duxbury and Hazen Union High School in Hardwick. He was employed for 11 years by McCullough Crushing of Middlesex and for the past 6 years, he worked for S.D. Ireland of Burlington. In his leisure time, Quint enjoyed snowmobiling, NASCAR racing and watching Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Quint is survived by his wife of 16 years, Maureen Corbeil, and his sons, Tyler White and Shayne Corbeil, all of Waterbury Center; his mother, Sheryl Parsons, and her husband, Fred, of Washington; his father, Leo Corbeil, and his wife, Sue, of Montpelier; two sisters, Anna Corbeil of Montpelier and Tina Martini and her husband, Chris, of Reno, Nevada; four brothers, Joe Corbeil of Websterville, Leo Corbeil and his wife, Denise, of Waterbury, Jacques Corbeil and his wife, Tonya, of Randolph, and Shawn Corbeil and his wife, Samantha, of Bennington; as well as four nieces, six nephews and extended family. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Raymond and Amelia Rexford.

A celebration of Quint's life will be held at the Wesley United Methodist Church in Waterbury on Saturday, January 27, at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow in the church dining room. The family requests that flowers be omitted; rather, memorial gifts would be appreciated to the Waterbury Ambulance Service, P.O. Box 95, Waterbury Center, VT 05677.
