Thank you so much to the men in the Mad River Valley calendar. And thank you also for The Valley people who supported the calendar and fundraiser for the local fire departments, the ambulance service and Free Wheelin’.
Thank you all for participating in and showing up at the signing of the calendar at the Big Picture. We had over 80-plus people patiently waiting in many lines for an hour to get the signatures of every man in the calendar. There were 17 men that signed their photos. Troy and Gordy sat together in the lobby and Charlie and Pete were in front. Dave and Michael and Jas in the side room while Gamal and Hadley and Sparky at the round table, Ed along with Al, Gary, David, Dave, Mike, and Damon were in the restaurant. What a wonderful gathering of the community, all there for fun, and happiness, and to meet the heroes of the calendar.
Thank you all – it was amazing to see the crowds. There was one special guest who was Mr. April in the 2002 “Men of Maple Corner” calendar (Don Heist). There are still calendars to be sold and for some, men to sign at their place of business if you can catch them. Get your Christmas presents and your stockings stuffers soon.
