To The Editor:
The schoolboy bully carries on.
It’s just that now there are more pigtails to pull, more kids to kick down the stairs, more bathroom walls to write on, more lunchboxes to swipe.
Some of the faculty cheer him on.
The bully has become the principal and the school has become the White House.
