Democrats need to unite and bring about change. We have some great, fresh candidates running for governor, lieutenant governor, and legislative seats. Not all democrats are the same, but I think we can all agree that a change is needed. We need a new approach to housing, education, transportation, property taxes and health care.
In ten years, our governor has not been able to provide a vision for viable solutions to address any of the above problems. The time is here to let our voices be heard. Our only recourse is through voting. Please vote for change.
As chair of the Washington County Democratic Committee, I’ll be sitting on the statewide platform committee to develop a document that shows how Vermont Democrats can make a difference. I hope that you’ll join me on May 30 from 12 to 3:00 p.m. at Camp Meade in Middlesex (next to Woodbelly Pizza) to celebrate the community of Democrats in our area and meet the Democratic Party candidates running for governor. Join us for pizza, live music and fun.
