Joey Clark, a certified personal trainer with over 13 years’ experience, opened a new studio offering personal training, group workouts, TRX training programs and seasonal boot camps in Waterbury for day and evening sessions.
Concentric Fitness offers individual training in 40- and 60-minute sessions as well as multi-session packages, ranging from five to 20 sessions. Semi-private training sessions with a partner or friend are also available as are seasonal boot camps for skiers, snowboarders, cyclists, and hikers. One-hour TRX classes are held weekly that feature a full body workout using suspension straps to leverage bodyweight for strength, core stability, balance, and mobility. The first TRX class is offered at no-cost.
Clark is offering a 30-day training program which includes an initial movement and personal goals assessment; three, one-on-one training sessions (one hour in duration), a customized starter program; and weekly progress check-ins for 30 days.
Clark is a NFPT certified trainer who also holds four NFPT Specialty Certifications in fitness nutrition, resistance training, endurance training, and functional training.
