5th Quarter Butcher Provisions in Waitsfield, and The Local: Wine & Beer in Middlesex, have a new partnership starting May 1.
5th Quarter is now home to an outpost of The Local, bringing its wine and beer to Waitsfield. The Local’s Wine Club members will be able to pick up their monthly allocations at 5th Quarter while enjoying discounts at the shop; at The Local’s Middlesex shop, special discounts for 5th Quarter Meat Club members will be extended, along with pairings furnished by 5th Quarter during weekly tastings.
“5th Quarter and The Local entered the Vermont culinary scene around the same time and from the start, we’ve shared a commitment to offering quality products, expert knowledge and a selection that supports local, and sustainable producers,” said Josh Turka, owner of 5th Quarter. “This partnership just makes sense, and we’re so excited to bring The Local’s exceptional wines to the shop and continue to collaborate with them in creative ways.”
